The Bold Italic : Love for the Common and Anaphylactic—Thursday, January 6th, 2011
This Friday, Jan. 7, The Common hosts another gig, this one merging art from 13 different artists (including Jay Howell , one of my favorites) with a performance of spaced-out Krautrock from two great local acts, Jonas Reinhardt and Maus Haus .

SF Weekly gives props to Phil Eleverum show—Sunday, November 2nd, 2008
Each song sounded dreamy, filled with references to nature and the world outside the city. Visions of mountains, starry skies and big trees enveloped the small basement. The music completely consumed the room as his soothing voice invoked a natural calm.
